Rushdie has many novels to his credit, but only his controversial book on the Holy Quran made him famous overnight.

I got the chance to read one of his novels, Quichotted, which is a superimposed copy of a well-known worldwide fiction. DON QUIXOTE is a book written by Spanish writer Miguel de Cervantes. The major characters of the work are Don Quixote, who imagines himself to be a knight of mediaeval period, and his friend Sancho Panza, who sets off on an adventure to free a damsel from the clutches of a demon.

Similarly, Mr Rushdie weaved his story without any freshness with several allusions, demonstrating his expertise without any worth to the audience. Rushdie has many novels to his credit, but only his controversial book on the Holy Quran made him famous overnight.

He wrote it to demonstrate his scholarship because it is a very easy and cheap way to gain popularity by making ugly and unwanted comments on any faith and religion, and the Islamic world took it seriously, and a Fatwa was issued against his head.

Because of his understanding of English, the English world provided him with sanctuary and security; nonetheless, he was eventually assaulted in America as a consequence of the Fatwa, and he lost one eye.

It is best not to mention anything negative about any religion or creed; instead, let individuals to practise their various religions. Some people are striving to ignite the peace of all humans these days, but not by creating an active volcano that may swallow the whole civilization in hours or days.

Please respect other faiths in the same way that we respect our own.
