At this much-anticipated Western Lawns. ITC Narmada will offer an exquisite blend of culinary artistry, live grills, all in the enchanting outdoor setting of its signature all-day diner restaurant, Adalaj Pavilion. Patrons can indulge in these hearty meals over dinner from Friday to Sunday, between 7pm and 11pm till January-end.

Held under the open skies at the lush Adalaj Lawns, this gastronomic affair is accompanied by live music, making it an unmissable experience to share with loved ones.

With a specially curated menu of culinary delights by ITC Narmada’s chefs, the offerings will not just be elaborately diverse but also packed with a melange of flavours and textures.

From the steaming soups like Tom Kha or Burmese Khow Suey to the vibrant freshness of salads such as chicken roulade, burrata with roasted bell pepper coulis, or poached pears with edible flowers, every dish is an embodiment of nuanced flavours. The live counters add a layer of textures and flavours with signature chaat preparations such as Raj Kachori and Palak Patta Chaat, as well as hand-tossed flatbreads topped with basil pesto, roasted vegetables, or roasted chicken with jalapeños.

The heart of the experience, however, lies in the grills. Think of mustard-marinated fish, spicy chicken sausages, lamb seekh kebabs, and barbecued prawns sizzling over open flames, complemented by vegetarian treasures like tandoori paneer tikka, pesto-marinated cottage cheese, and five-spiced tofu.
