ITC Narmada brings delectable Midnight Navratri Treasures

Ahmedabad: As the festive season of Navratri begins, ITC Narmada, A Luxury Collection Hotel in Ahmedabad, welcomes patrons and guests to immerse themselves in a marvellous gastronomic experience with its exclusive offering, Midnight Navratri Treasures. Culinary experts at ITC Narmada have curated a special A La Carte menu of a wide-ranging combination of meals that will be on offer 11pm onwards at the hotel’s signature all-day diner restaurant, Adalaj Pavilion, from October 3-12, 2024.

The late-night feast during Navratri celebrations is especially crafted to present guests with a delectable fusion of traditional and contemporary flavours, making it the perfect way to replenish energy after the joyous ‘Garba’ revelry.

The thoughtfully curated A La Carte menu offers a unique selection of snacks, desserts, and refreshing aerated beverages. Guests can choose one preparation each from the elaborate spread of snacks, desserts and aerated beverages to create their own bespoke Navratri meal to suit their palate and appetite.

The snack options include indulgent preparations including local favourites and fusion preparations such as the Amdavadi Double Decker Sandwich, Chickpea Spinach Patty Burger with Red Pepper Relish and Goat Cheese, and the classic Margherita Footlong. Each dish has been carefully crafted using authentic ingredients to bring out the best of flavours for the revellers.

Ensuring a wholesome yet indulgent midnight treat and rounding off the meal, our guests can choose from a selection of desserts such as Rasmalai, Gulab Jamun and Chocolate Brownie and Hazelnut Fudge. The menu is especially designed to ensure there is something for every sweet tooth. To complement the meal, guests can select an aerated beverage of their choice, making for the perfect refreshment alongside the delicious meal.
