CecureUs Announces Winners for Secure and Inclusive Workplace Awards 2023

New Delhi : Winners of the Secure and Inclusive Workplace Awards ’23 were announced by CecureUs on March 23, 2023. Over 160 corporate businesses with 200+ employees were represented at this year’s awards ceremony.

The winners of the three awards, the Safe Workplace Award, the Inclusive Workplace Award, and the Wellness @ Workplace Award, were chosen from among 45 finalists.

Companies that have gone above and beyond to support their employees in terms of their mental health and wellbeing are being honoured for their efforts to foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment.

A thorough 4-stage process was used to select the winners, including an initial evaluation, a screening and documentation review, and in-depth interviews. The winners were determined by adding up the scores from each round.

Distinguished lawyers, activists, social entrepreneurs, human resources experts, and public servants all played roles in selecting the winners. Ms. Madhavi Latha, National Para Swimming Champion and AVP – Standard Chartered Bank, was the ceremony’s keynote speaker. She offered her congratulations to the winners and urged all businesses to make an effort to be welcoming to people with disabilities.

The awards ceremony was broadcast live on March 23, 2023.
