Dr. Sunita Karad said that it brings her tremendous joy to begin legal programmes at MIT University’s School of legal. In a democratic democracy, legal education is the heart and spirit of society for enforcing the rule of law. I encourage you to make the most of your time here by taking advantage of the various opportunities that the School of Law provides, such as moot court competitions, internships, and research projects, free legal aid services, and so on, and especially those provided by the School of Holistic Development, such as enhancing physical and emotional strengths and overcoming weaknesses, imbibing values for life and building characters, instilling ‘universal brotherhood and contributing rema These experiences will not only improve your legal abilities, but will also extend your social viewpoint and assist you in becoming a well-rounded person. LLM specialisations include Alternative Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber Law, and Family Law.

Dr. Sunita Karad said, “I am thrilled to kick off our BBA LLB programme, a unique and enriching blend of business administration and legal studies.” Our institution is more than simply a place to study; it is also a place for holistic development, intellectual inquiry, and character development. Aside from academics, we provide several chances to participate in extracurricular activities, network with industry professionals, and compete in moot courts, debates, and business simulations. Students should welcome difficulties, work with their classmates, and strive for greatness in all aspects of their lives. Students’ BBA LLB path will provide them with the skills and insights they need to launch a successful and meaningful career.

“It is critical to study law.” Because it fosters a person’s capacity to socialise in society, help in the courts, perform securely in business, engage in social action, and utilise it to advocate for independence. This enables the individual to contribute to the creation of a wealthy and mindful society. It gives job chances for people in a variety of sectors, such as attorneys, judges, business consultants, legal consultants, and financial consultants,” stated Prof. Dr. Mangesh T. Karad.

Prof. Dr. Sapna Deo, Dean of the School of Law, said that the law is a noble profession that plays an important role in building society, promoting justice, and protecting individual rights. Learning the law entails more than merely memorising legislation and cases; it also entails developing critical thinking, analytical abilities, and the capacity to handle complicated situations. A legal education will provide you with a plethora of options. Criminal law, business law, intellectual property law, environmental law, human rights law, and many more disciplines are available for specialisation at the School of Law. Litigation, advocacy, corporate law, academia, and public service are just a few of the job paths available in the legal profession. However, studying law is much more than simply a potential job. It is also about making a constructive contribution to society. Admission will be granted based on merit. More information about the courses may be acquired through the university’s entrance centre.
