New Delhi : The 15th edition of ELECRAMA 2023, the largest stand-alone showcase of the Indian Electrical and Allied Electronics Industry by IEEMA, is being hosted at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida for five long day beginning February 18, to focus on sustainable and future energy solutions.
Speaking at the press conference Rohit Pathak, President of IEEMA, said, “The latest iteration of ELECRAMA is putting an emphasis on providing a forum for showcasing products and solutions in the realm of alternative energies; hosting roundtable discussions on the state of research and development in the field of new technologies; and showcasing electrical products for use in the areas of transmission and distribution, as well as construction. Through IEEMA Start-up Challenge, we’ve made it possible for the most promising energy industry startups to present their work at ELECRAMA 2023. While just the best 12 will be featured at ELECRAMA, you are welcome to view all of them. We need to welcome this startup community and develop a way for its members to easily join our sector and businesses. We should interact with them as if they were an extension of our research and development and product creation team.
In addition, IEEMA has commissioned a study on “New Energies Electrical and Electronics equipment landscapes 2030” for the Green Hydrogen (GH2) value chain, electric vehicle allied infrastructure (Charging infrastructure), and grid-scale battery storage application to provide technical aspects, key policy interventions, opportunities for equipment manufacturers, and enablers/success drivers to policymakers and industry. It is expected that the report will be released at ELECRAMA.
ELECRAMA 2023 Chairman Mr. Jitendra Agarwal said, “In accordance with the Energy transition and Govt. of India goal, ELECRAMA has expanded its topic to Reimagine Energy for Sustainable Future. Energy is the new electricity, as expressed in IEEMA’s vision for ELECRAMA 2023. During the course of its five action-packed days, the event is expected to attract 3,50,000 visitors, host 15,000 business-to-business meetings, and host close to a thousand exhibitors. The 15th edition of ELECRAMA is taking steps towards sustainability in its operations, such as using eco-friendly lanyards and badges, reducing the use of plastics, and composting leftover meals. Also, the facility employs 2.5 MW of solar electricity and features e-charging ports for electric automobiles. Shuttle Services, Digital Displays, and the Smart App are just a few of the ways we’ve worked to enhance the guest experience.
