Ahmedabad | Gujarat — Ahmedabad-based Ice Make Refrigeration Limited delivered a strong FY26 performance, posting record-breaking Q4 revenue while navigating margin pressure from strategic expansion investments.
Q4 FY26 revenue rose 41.8% year-on-year to ₹255.85 crore, the company’s highest-ever quarterly turnover, driven by robust demand across cold chain and refrigeration solutions.
For the full year, revenue climbed 39.3% to ₹668.20 crore compared to ₹479.52 crore in FY25, supported by strong order inflows and growing traction in products like chest freezers, visi coolers, and continuous panels.
EBITDA stood at ₹21.77 crore in Q4, while full-year EBITDA reached ₹46.04 crore, reflecting steady operational performance despite rising costs.
Net profit for FY26 declined to ₹12.13 crore from ₹22.90 crore last year, as margins were impacted by capacity expansion, compliance costs, depreciation, and higher finance expenses.
Q4 PAT stood at ₹10.12 crore, slightly lower than ₹11.66 crore a year ago.
The Board recommended a dividend of ₹2.25 per share, subject to shareholder approval.
Management said FY26 investments are aimed at building long-term scalability and expect improved profitability as new capacities stabilise and operating leverage improves.
Company remains focused on expanding its cold chain presence across India, strengthening innovation, and capturing rising demand from industrial and commercial refrigeration markets sectors.
