UPL’s Unit 05 at Jhagadia GIDC organised a gala celebration for its employees for  achieving many milestones in 2021-22

Jhagadia (Bharuch) [India]: United Phosphorus Limited (UPL), India’s leading company engaged in the production of crop protection products, intermediates, specialty chemicals, and other industrial chemicals, organised a gala celebration for the grand success of achieving many milestones in SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment), productivity, quality, cost, deliiivery, morale, CSR, manufacturing excellence and security parameters in 2021-22 at UPL’s Unit-05 located in Jhagadia.

The gala celebration, which was participated by the employees of the UPL, was organised under the banner of ‘UPLakshya’ on April 26 at Unit-05 at Jhagadia GIDC.

PM Shah, chief inspector of factories DISH Gujarat, RA Patel, joint director DISH  South Gujarat, DK Vasava, Deputy Director DISH Bharuch, Dr Tejas Prajapati, toxicologist, Raj Tiwari, Global chief supply chain officer, Vikas Garg, AI Head India, Anil Mundada, unit head of Unit-05 at Jhagadia and site leadership team were present at the event to show their gratitude to the employees whose hardwork helped UPL scaled new heights in 2021-22.

The employees of UPL witnessed a cultural gala evening with beautiful performances by the employees and professional artists in the form of songs, dance, skits, and sand art. The teams of employees who excelled in their fields were felicitated in the huge presence of their co-employees. A fun zone was also set up for the engagement of the employees.
