Surat : Udhyog 2024 by SGCCI Concludes with Overwhelming Response, Generates Crores in Business Inquiries

Surat : The 14th edition of Udyog, the flagship industrial exhibition organized by the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI), concluded on a high note, attracting over 20,000 buyers from across the country. Held in Surat from February 23rd to 26th, 2024, the event garnered significant interest and generated crores of rupees worth of business inquiries for exhibitors.

The four-day exhibition witnessed a steady flow of visitors, with 4170 buyers on day one, 5580 on day two, 7150 on day three, and 3180 on the final day. Buyers hailed from various Indian cities, including Indore, Telangana, Kolkata, Chennai, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Erode, Hyderabad, Jodhpur, Jetpur, Udaipur, Ahmednagar, Amritsar, Panipat, Bangalore, Mumbai, Bhiwandi, Malegaon, Nasik, Nawapur, Ahmedabad, Anand, Ankleshwar, Bhavnagar, Bharuch, Vadodara, Valsad, Rajkot, Silvassa, and Vyara.

Udyog 2024 showcased a diverse range of products and services across various sectors. This included textile ancillaries, electrical and electronic equipment, instrumentation, engineering solutions, environmental technologies, service providers, alternative and renewable energy options, banking and financial institutions, government and corporate pavilions, and industrial safety and security solutions.

A noteworthy addition to this year’s event was the introduction of a dedicated “3E Expo” pavilion. This platform highlighted products and systems focused on energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, generating significant interest and inquiries from attendees interested in the renewable energy segment.
