Surat : Sachin GIDC Launches Dedicated Helpline Desk for Industrial Plot Owners

Surat :  In a pioneering initiative aimed at improving the daily lives of industrial plot owners in the Sachin GIDC, the Sachin Notified Area Authority (SNAA) and the Sachin Industrial Association have joined forces to introduce a first-of-its-kind helpline desk. This dedicated service offers a single point of contact for resolving the various issues and complaints faced by industrial plot owners within the Sachin GIDC.

The Sachin Notified Area helpline, which was officially inaugurated in the presence of SNAA Chief Officer Priyakant Menat, Sachin Industrial Society President Nilesh Limbasiya, and Secretary Mayur Golwala, is poised to significantly streamline grievance resolution processes for the thriving industrial community within Sachin GIDC.

Sachin GIDC stands as one of the largest industrial estates operated by the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) in the state of Gujarat. With approximately 2,250 industrial plot holders, Sachin GIDC encompasses a diverse range of industries, including textile units, textile dyeing and printing mills, chemical units, embroidery units, weaving units, and more.

The introduction of this dedicated helpline, reachable at the number 9104040901, will empower industrialists and business owners to swiftly address and resolve various issues affecting their daily operations. These issues encompass concerns related to garbage collection, street lighting, drainage, water supply, road repairs, and more.

Mayur Golwala, Secretary of the Sachin Industrial Association, remarked, “Sachin GIDC is pioneering in this endeavor, becoming the first industrial estate in Gujarat to establish a dedicated helpline for industrial plot owners. Stakeholders are encouraged to contact this helpline to register their complaints, following which they will receive resolution updates through OTPs sent to their mobile phones. Importantly, this helpline will be operational 24×7, ensuring continuous support and service to the industries within Sachin GIDC.”
