Surat :  In a heartwarming display of compassion and duty, Sub-Inspector BS Parmar of Rander police station in Surat’s district court went above and beyond to assist a young girl who suddenly fainted on the third floor of the Surat district court. He carried the unconscious girl for about 350 meters to the waiting ambulance, a heroic act that has since gone viral on social media platforms.

The incident occurred on a seemingly ordinary day at the Surat district court when a young girl, whose identity has not been disclosed, found herself in distress. She had come to the courthouse for her own case but suddenly lost consciousness, possibly due to an unknown medical condition.

Sub-Inspector BS Parmar, a dedicated officer committed to upholding the law and serving the community, sprang into action upon noticing the girl’s dire situation. Without a second thought, he hoisted the unconscious girl onto his shoulder and made the arduous journey down three flights of stairs to reach the ambulance parked on the road.

When asked about his selfless act, BS Parmar expressed, “Police is always there to help the citizens, and it was my duty to help the girl who fainted outside the courtroom. I saw her fainted and carried her all the way to the ambulance waiting outside. Cases of heart attacks and other medical emergencies are on the rise, and the girl needed immediate medical attention.”

His swift and compassionate response not only earned him praise from his colleagues but also garnered widespread recognition on social media. A video capturing the remarkable incident has gone viral, with netizens hailing BS Parmar’s act as a shining example of the police force’s dedication to the safety and well-being of citizens.

In an age where negative news often dominates headlines, the actions of Sub-Inspector BS Parmar serve as a poignant reminder of the selfless dedication and compassion that many law enforcement officers exhibit in their line of duty. His actions reflect the highest standards of service to the community, and he stands as a symbol of hope and inspiration for all.

The young girl, thanks to the prompt action of Sub-Inspector Parmar, received timely medical attention and is reported to be in stable condition.
