New Delhi, India: In the last few years, the way people shop has quietly transformed. Discovery is no longer limited to store visits or website browsing. Increasingly, purchase decisions are unfolding inside conversations: in comments, direct messages, and real-time chats between creators and their communities.

Recognising this shift, Soriz Digital Pvt Ltd, based in New Delhi, has announced the pre-launch of Soriz, a new commerce infrastructure designed to capture high-intent demand emerging inside conversations.

Rather than building another AI chatbot, the company is introducing what it calls “Conversation Commerce,” a system where commerce happens naturally within dialogue.

The Insight Behind the Idea

The platform is co-founded by Jyotsna Dhawan, Co-Founder and CEO, and Peeyush Verma, Co-Founder.

Jyotsna, a fashion management professional with a Master’s degree from NIFT Delhi, has worked with leading global and Indian brands including Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail, Adidas, and Salvatore Ferragamo. Through her experience across merchandising, brand strategy, and consumer experience, she observed a decisive change: trust in traditional advertisements was declining, while personal recommendations inside conversations were influencing purchase behaviour more strongly than ever.

That realisation became the starting point.

Peeyush brings over a decade of experience in scaling digital businesses. He has led revenue strategy for one of India’s largest fintech platforms, supporting annual transaction volumes exceeding ₹2,000 crores, and managed AdTech monetisation portfolios worth over ₹100 crores per year. Together, the founders saw an opportunity to structure and monetise the high-intent demand already flowing through creator conversations.

Introducing “Conversation Commerce”

Soriz is positioning itself as the first infrastructure platform built specifically for conversation commerce. Instead of static link-in-bio pages or interruptive ads, the system enables buying journeys to begin within real-time dialogue.

Creators influence purchase decisions daily through DMs and replies. However, much of this demand remains unstructured and unmonetised. Soriz aims to change that by building an ecosystem where users, creators, and brands operate within one transparent, scalable framework.

The platform introduces Licensed Creator Personas — approved voices designed to represent creators authentically, without cloning. It also deploys in-house built AI Companions across high-engagement verticals such as fashion, beauty, fitness, and technology, helping structure conversations into guided product discovery journeys.

Importantly, creators retain 100 percent of their affiliate commissions, with transparent monetisation and clear disclosures built into the system.

From Feed-Based Discovery to Dialogue-Based Decisions

Digital commerce has largely revolved around passive scrolling and feed-based discovery. Soriz believes the next evolution lies in dialogue-based decisions.

During early testing, creators reported strong engagement in product-related conversations, validating the hypothesis that high-intent interactions represent the next frontier of online commerce. Real-time intent detection within conversations enables scalable, 24/7 monetisation without increasing a creator’s workload.

By aligning incentives across users, creators, and brands, the platform seeks to build a sustainable and trustworthy commerce environment.

India and the US: A Dual-Market Vision

As part of its pre-launch phase in 2025, Soriz is onboarding early creators across India and the United States. The company’s dual-market strategy reflects the universal nature of conversational buying behaviour and the growing maturity of creator economies in both regions.

The current phase focuses on category establishment, credibility building, and partnership development ahead of full-scale rollout.

Building Authority Before Scale

This announcement marks the beginning of a larger ambition — to establish conversation commerce as a recognised category within the digital ecosystem.

By positioning itself as an infrastructure layer rather than a chatbot tool, Soriz aims to create long-term value for digital creators, creator agencies, D2C brands, and e-commerce companies seeking to capture high-intent demand in real time.

As commerce continues to evolve, the company believes the future will not be driven solely by ads or algorithms, but by authentic conversations — structured, scalable, and monetisable.

Early creator onboarding is currently underway ahead of the official product launch.
