PPFAS Mutual Fund Surat, the blunt times — PPFAS Mutual Fund inaugurated its 26th branch in Surat, Gujarat

Surat, Gujarat – PPFAS Mutual Fund announced the opening of its branch in Surat. The branch is located at Office No. G-28, Ground Floor, B-Wing, International Trade Centre (ITC Building), Majura Gate, Ring Road, Surat.

Aalok Mehta, Head of Investor Relations and Direct Channel, and Mahesh Sarode, Head of Distribution Channel (East and West), inaugurated the branch alongside other dignitaries in attendance. In addition to the Head Office in Mumbai, the fund house now serves investors and partners through twenty-five other branch offices and representatives.

Neil Parag Parikh, Chairman and CEO, PPFAS Mutual Fund, said, “With our new branch in Surat, we aim to build stronger relationships, offer localised support, and reinforce our commitment to serving Gujarat’s growing financial needs. The fund currently offers six Schemes and manages Assets Under Management (AUM) of Rs. 1,18,937.26 Crores as on May 31, 2025.

The newest addition to the Fund basket is the Parag Parikh Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund (An open ended dynamic asset allocation fund). This is the income-oriented hybrid scheme that invests in debt and equity instruments, where the equity exposure is kept at a minimum 35% for tax advantage. The unhedged equity exposure is kept below 20%, and the rest is hedged via arbitrage.

The asset allocation outlined above reflects the current strategic asset allocation implemented by the Fund Manager, based on prevailing market conditions and internal assessments. This allocation is subject to change in future at the fund manager’s discretion, in line with evolving market dynamics and SEBI MF regulations.
