She completed a professional diploma in baking and trained at a five-star hotel to build strong culinary foundations before bringing her long-held dream of opening a pet café to life.

“Meows & Muffins was never meant to be just a place to visit cats. From the very beginning, my goal was to create a space where animal welfare and quality food exist in balance. If guests leave feeling calmer, more informed, and more respectful toward animals, I feel we’ve done our job,” shares Catherine Silvia Murmu.
