Kalamandir Jewellers rewards 200 employees with Rs 8 crore

Surat : A total of 200 employees at Kalamandir Jewellers, a leading jewellery retailer,  shared in an exceptional monetary reward of Rs. 8 crore at two glitzy award ceremonies, the Kalamandir Platinum Champions 3.0 and The Golden Awards 4.0.

Kalamandir Platinum Champions 3.0 was launched to reward and commend the organization’s top performers from 2022-23. Kalamandir Jewellers’ sales force, because to their knowledge and dedication, was able to achieve extraordinary success by selling platinum jewels even in relatively unimportant places like Kosamba. Over 50,000 pieces of platinum jewellery are sold each year, which is an extraordinary achievement that illustrates the confidence and preference clients have for the Kalamandir brand.

As a token of their gratitude for the staff’s everlasting devotion and hard work, Kalamandir Jewellers presented 200 workers with a whopping Rs. 8 crore in cash prizes. Around 85% of employees were acknowledged and given bonuses for reaching or exceeding quotas.

The confidence of our consumers is of the utmost importance to us, but our success would not have been possible without the hard work and commitment of our staff. To thank them for contributing to our success, we’ve established the Platinum Champions programme. Owner Sharad Shah of Kalamandir Jewellers said, “The cash prize of Rs. 8 crore is the largest prize money ever awarded by a jewellery retail chain in India, but our employees deserve it and more.”

There were many lively events and exciting dancing performances during the award presentation. Unsung hero, most inventive, best labelling team, marketing/photography/designing team, and many more were among the recipients of these accolades. Kalamandir Jewellers’ Surat headquarters and its shops in Kosamba, Bharuch, Vapi, and Ankleshwar were honoured in a variety of categories for their outstanding efforts and accomplishments.

The ceremony showcased the commitment and dedication of the Surat Kalamandir sales team, who received the esteemed “Most Dependable Team” award. Other categories celebrated the winners of “Platinum Most Valuable Player”, “Platinum Game Changer”, “Platinum Super Striker”, and the “Kalamandir Game Changer Team”, which was won by the team from Vapi.

The festivities continued with a Bollywood Punjabi night, featuring famous Punjabi singer AK Singh and his team, who infused the evening with electrifying music and energy.

Organised on the second day, the Golden Awards 4.0 were designed to honour and recognise the valuable contributions of partners, associates, and suppliers who have played a significant role in Kalamandir Jewellers’ success. The event commenced with a traditional pooja and lighting of the lamp, followed by a captivating performance by a renowned dance group.

The Golden Awards included a wide range of distinctions, including Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver, and were given to deserving businesses, teams, and people. Sales achievers at Kalamandir Jewellers’ Surat location were awarded incentive money, and 31 newcomers were eligible to win overseas vacations.
