In a Country Where Thousands of NEET Aspirants Feel Lost Each Year, This MBBS Student Is Rewriting Medical Entrance Coaching — Inside India’s First Topper-Led Mentorship Ecosystem

Haridwar: Aditya Joshi Mentorship is transforming medical entrance preparation in India through a student-led, mentorship-driven ecosystem. Founded in 2025 by third-year MBBS student Aditya Joshi, the platform today connects over 85,000 active learners with 400+ mentors, including top AIIMS achievers and All India Rank holders.

Built as India’s first topper-led mentorship ecosystem, the initiative is disrupting the NEET coaching industry at its roots — breaking the long-standing myth that success is only sold inside expensive classrooms.

What makes this journey exceptional is its origin. Coming from a lower-middle-class background and unable to afford expensive coaching, Aditya prepared for NEET without formal guidance. Battling academic pressure, anxiety, and self-doubt, he experienced firsthand the emotional and educational gaps faced by aspirants. This struggle became the foundation of a mission: to ensure no medical student feels unsupported again.

From Personal Struggle to a National Mentorship Movement

Starting with a team of fewer than five students, Aditya built a peer-driven community that prioritizes clarity, confidence, and consistency. Today, Aditya Joshi Mentorship stands as India’s only platform where AIIMS Delhi toppers actively mentor students within one unified ecosystem.

For decades, the NEET ecosystem has been controlled by a handful of coaching giants — but this community is proving that mentorship, not marketing, creates toppers. Students learn best from those who have recently walked the same path, and this philosophy has helped thousands of aspirants navigate NEET preparation with structured guidance and emotional support.

India’s coaching industry has long sold a dream — but at a cost. It created an elite ‘topper batch culture’ where only a few received attention while the majority were left behind. Aditya Joshi Mentorship challenges this model head-on. It doesn’t worship toppers as trophies — it deploys toppers as mentors. Instead of locking success inside ₹2 lakh classroom packages, the platform delivers guidance like an elder sibling — personal, practical, and accessible.

Accuracy, Innovation, and Measurable Academic Results

A defining achievement of the platform is its “SURYA PLUS” Paper Prediction Test Series, which closely mirrored NEET exam patterns for two consecutive years:

  • NEET 2024: 712/720
  • NEET 2025: 640/720

In an exam where barely 5% of candidates secure MBBS seats, the mentorship-driven model claims to deliver a 70%+ selection ratio — not through fear-based pressure tactics, but through consistent one-on-one mentorship and accountability systems.

These results have strengthened the brand’s credibility across India’s medical education landscape. The mentorship model is further supported by a strong digital presence, including a YouTube channel with over 135,000 subscribers. Students can also access guidance through the official mobile app by searching “ADITYA JOSHI” on the App Store and Google Play.

Empowering Students Beyond Academics

Aditya Joshi Mentorship focuses on holistic development. Alongside academic mentoring, the platform offers part-time opportunities and leadership roles that help students build financial independence and professional confidence.

Key offerings include direct AIIMS mentorship, one of India’s largest AIIMS-focused learning communities, daily academic support, and digital-first learning tools designed for scalable access.

A Student-Led Revolution Redefining Medical Education

Aditya Joshi Mentorship represents a new generation of education platforms — built by students, for students. With empathy, precision, and scalable digital systems, it challenges traditional coaching models and questions decades-old industry assumptions.

Just as new-age learning platforms once democratized education content, Aditya Joshi Mentorship is now working to democratize mentorship — the often-missing weapon behind every NEET ranker.

Looking ahead, the platform aims to expand its mentorship network nationwide, making high-quality medical guidance accessible to every deserving aspirant, regardless of financial background.
