Gujarat : Diamond Company Illuminates Lives of 84 Couples with Grand Mass Marriage Ceremony

Surat : In a spectacle of compassion and tradition, Shree Ramkrishna Exports (SRK), the esteemed diamond manufacturing company based in Surat, organized a mass wedding ceremony titled ‘Pure Vivaah’, which radiated happiness and love across the community.

The mass wedding ceremony was organised to commemorate the ‘pran pratishtha mahotsav’ (grand consecration ceremony) at the newly inaugurated Shri Ram Mandir.

Set against the enchanting backdrop of Gopin gam of Abrama in Surat, this extraordinary occasion witnessed the union of 84 couples, all under the benevolent auspices of SRK Knowledge Foundation (SRKKF), the philanthropic arm of SRK. With a special Ramayana theme adorning the festivities, the atmosphere was nothing short of magical. Grooms graced attire reminiscent of the revered Lord Rama, while brides adorned themselves in the likeness of Mother Sita, evoking the timeless spirit of devotion and companionship.

Every corner of the venue pulsated with scenes from the epic Ramayana, transporting attendees to realms of myth and legend. From the poignant depiction of the 14-year exile (Vanvaas) to the endearing reenactment of the meeting with Shabri (Shabari Milan), each moment was imbued with symbolism and significance, infusing the celebrations with an extra layer of grandeur.

As the procession of Ram Lalla traversed through the campus, it not only symbolized reverence but also carried profound messages of empowerment, altruism, and financial prudence. The enthusiastic participation of Surat residents underscored the community’s solidarity and commitment to noble causes.

The esteemed presence of SRK Chairman Govind Dholakia, a revered figure both in business and politics, added a touch of distinction to the proceedings. His words resonated deeply as he expressed his jubilation, remarking, “After 500 years of struggle, we got our Lord Ram’s temple in Ayodhya Dham.” Such sentiments echoed the collective joy and pride felt by all in attendance.

Since its inception in 2015, SRKKF has been a beacon of hope and support for countless couples through its “Pure Vivaah” initiative.
