Greenman Viral Desai Organizes Blood Donation Camp
About 60 units of blood was collected during the event hosted by Greenman Viral Desai through his organisation Hearts at Work Foundation

Surat : Environmental enthusiast Viral Desai, also known as Greenman, organized a blood donation camp through his organization Hearts at Work Foundation in collaboration with the Surat Raktadan Kendra. Over 60 units of blood were collected during the event. Additionally, young people were informed about the importance of blood donation and provided with related information.
On this occasion, Viral Desai stated, “Although I am primarily an environmentalist, I have been greatly influenced by the activities of the Surat Raktadan Kendra in recent months. Moreover, I am well aware of the difficulties faced by thalassemia patients, which led to the organization of this blood donation camp.”
The event was held at Zenitex Company in Katargam, Surat, where young individuals were also encouraged to donate blood. The entire camp was organized under the leadership of Nitesh Mehta from the Surat Raktadan Kendra. Dr. Jignasa Oza, regional head GPCB, was also specially present during the camp.
