New Delhi : During a G20 conference, India’s Prime Minister, Shri. Narendra Modi, emphasised the necessity of upskilling a global workforce in modern technologies.  Taking this vision forward, FutureSkills Prime is urging residents around the nation to pledge to skill, reskill, and upskill. With FutureSkills Prime, almost 1.4 million learners, 2000+ universities, and 100+ corporates around the country are already working towards this objective.

The world of technology is quickly evolving, making it more important than ever for people, businesses, and governments to prioritise upskilling.

Because technology is so pervasive, digital-ability has emerged as the new employability. By 2025, India will need around 20 million AI specialists, a 20 lakh skilled workforce in cloud computing, and approximately 1 lakh+ professionals in data science and other developing digital employment positions. As a result, ‘now’ is the optimum moment for students and working professionals to capitalise on this opportunity and further their careers.

#MyPromiseToIndia is a FutureSkills Prime programme that encourages Indians to learn new technologies, express their professional goals, and take actual efforts towards those goals.

People from all over India have banded together to share their Promises on social media, and hundreds of students and faculty from various colleges, including K.S.R.M. College of Engineering in Andhra Pradesh, D.Y. Patil College of Engineering in Pune, and Nandha College of Technology in Chennai, have shown their support by posting their promise cards on India’s Promise Wall.

FutureSkills Prime urges everyone to participate in the #MyPromiseToIndia campaign and take the first step towards taking control of their employability. Individuals who embrace digital skills may uncover new possibilities, contribute to national prosperity, and place themselves at the vanguard of the digital revolution.

FutureSkills Prime, India’s technological skilling centre, is a collaborative project of the Government of India’s Ministry of Electronics and Information technological and Nasscom. It democratises learning by providing students and professionals with the chance to advance in digital technologies and professional skills.

With the goal of changing India’s talent narrative, the platform provides courses in new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Big Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Digital Marketing, and so on, which are recognised by Nasscom and sanctioned by the Government of India.

The certification course content and tests on FutureSkills Prime are connected with the National Occupational Standards and the National Skill Qualifications Framework (NSQF). It provides learners with the necessary tools to develop important technical skills and get nasscom certifications, which are acknowledged by future employers in the field.
