Flipcarbon expands its leadership team with two senior appointments

Bangalore (Karnataka) :  Flipcarbon, a boutique management consulting firm with a Pan-India business presence, announces the appointment of Mr Rajesh Sahay as Partner – Enterprise Consulting and Dr Nidhi Shukla as Principal Consultant in Mumbai.

Rajesh will pioneer Enterprise Consulting Practices, where he will drive CXO-level engagement for business consulting. Rajesh has worked in a variety of industries over the course of his career, including energy, textiles, IT services, banking, and FMCG.

Rajesh’s previous position was as the CHRO of Wipro’s Consumer Care and Lighting business, which had a presence in 18 countries. Rajesh has been involved in over ten M&A transactions, some of which involved multi-country operations, and he has managed transitions related to entity divestitures and demergers. Rajesh has also led Wipro Enterprises’ ESG & CSR initiative and assisted the company in establishing a new business in the last few years of his corporate career.

Dr. Nidhi Shukla joins Flipcarbon as a Principal Consultant in Mumbai, where she will be responsible for the Fractional CHRO business offering. Nidhi, an XISS Ranchi alumnus with a PhD in Management from IIT, has worked in both the private and public sectors, most recently as a Professor of Human Resource Management at XISS Ranchi. During her academic career, Dr. Nidhi has trained many HR professionals and influenced many organisations.
