New Delhi [India], June 09: In the real estate industry, real lasting success is not just about finished deals. It is more like earning trust , having proper connections that actually feel meaningful, and staying focused on helping clients reach their financial targets over time. For Imran Ainuddin Latif, these ideas became the rhythm of his entire professional path. He has shaped a reputation as a trusted advisor for investors in Dubai, where the property market moves fast and nothing waits. As Head of Sales at Bricksfield Real Estate, he keeps supporting clients as they weigh investment chances, but always with confidence, plus a long-range mindset.

Imran was born and raised in Mumbai, India, and he studied International Business before getting into real estate at 21, stepping in through his family’s property business. That early involvement, it gave him kind of a backstage view into how customer service works, how market shifts behave, and why it matters so much to understand clients’ individual ambitions. Those moments set the groundwork for the relationship based style that still sits at the center of his day-to-day work.

One big push behind Imran’s career has been his father, whose commitment to helping property buyers move toward their goals encouraged him to build a future in this field. Watching how the right investment decisions could change people’s lives, even quietly, strengthened his view that trust, clarity, and real client assistance should be right at the core of every professional relationship.

In 2019 Imran moved over to Dubai, and jumped into one of the world’s most competitive real estate markets, pretty much straight away. With a solid dose of industry awareness, determination, and this real commitment toward client results, he got used to the fast paced rhythm there quickly. In fact, within just seven days of starting his career in the UAE, he managed to close his very first deal with Emaar Properties, and that became the opening chapter of what turned into a really strong Dubai property path.

Now, Imran works day to day with a network of 100+ investors, and he leans into off-plan listings made by major brands like Emaar, Dubai Holding and other well known developers. His approach includes investment planning, property sourcing, portfolio diversification, and also those strategic resale chances that come at the right time. By giving advice that’s customized and grounded in what the market is actually doing, he supports investors in making sharper choices while they grow long-term wealth, through real estate.

“Real estate isn’t only about purchasing or trading properties. It’s more about guiding people so they can secure their tomorrow with confidence. My focus has always been to create lasting value, offer straightforward guidance, and build connections built on trust,” says Imran Latif.

Throughout his career, Imran has had quite a few leadership roles, like General Manager at Primadom Real Estate and Sales Director at Visionary Real Estate. In a way these positions helped him grow his skills in sales management, business development, team leadership, and investor relations. He’s always pushed for excellence and kept a steady track record, so it’s no surprise he received Employee of the Year awards in 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2024.

What really sets Imran apart in a market that is really crowded is how personal and client-first he is. He brings a lot of market know-how together with transparency and down to earth direction, so each investment recommendation fits the client’s own financial targets. Because he focuses on outcomes that actually matter, he’s built a reliable circle of returning investors, plus referral driven growth, which shows the trust and confidence he’s earned over the years.

Looking ahead, Imran stays optimistic about Dubai’s real estate future. He believes there’s meaningful momentum behind off-plan projects, branded residences, and new communities where world-class infrastructure is supporting the demand. To him, investing well isn’t about chasing short-term market signals, but more about choosing the right areas, working alongside credible developers, and keeping a long-term investment plan that stays realistic.

Beyond working with investors, Imran is kinda passionate about mentoring budding real estate professionals. By sharing his industry expertise and practical experience, he aims to help the next generation of agents grow into successful and rewarding careers in the sector, really.

As Dubai keeps strengthening its position as a global investment hub, Imran Latif stays committed to helping investors make well informed decisions and reach sustainable growth. With professionalism, integrity and a results focused mindset, he has built more than just a successful career—he has built a reputation, that’s grounded in trust, expertise, and value that lasts.
