Vadodara (Gujarat) [India], October 8: MTE Structures Limited, a Vadodara-based manufacturer of specialized solar panel mounting structures and provider of solar mounting solutions, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with the SME Platform of BSE Limited (BSE SME) in preparation for its Initial Public Offering. The IPO will comprise a Fresh Offer of up to 37,06,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹ 10 each and an Offer for Sale of up to 6,54,000 equity shares by the Promoter Selling Shareholders, Mr. Hiren Arvindbhai Patel, Mr. Janak Bharat Amin and Mr. Tejaskumar Patel, taking the total offer size to up to 43,60,000 equity shares. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the SME Platform of BSE Limited (BSE SME).
