Fine Acers Strengthens Gujarat Presence with New Ahmedabad Office, Targets Rs 25 Crore Business by Year-End

New Ahmedabad office to serve as a strategic hub for investor engagement and expansion across Gujarat

Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], August 26: Fine Acers, India’s pioneer branded luxury resort developer and a leader in the sale-and-leaseback investment model, has announced the inauguration of its new office in Ahmedabad, marking another significant step in its expansion across India’s key real estate and investment markets. Located at A-613, Stellar, Sindhu Bhavan Road, near Pakwan Cross Road, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, the new office will strengthen Fine Acers’ presence in Gujarat and enable the company to engage more closely with investors looking for professionally managed, hospitality-led real estate investment opportunities. The Ahmedabad expansion comes as Fine Acers continues to scale its presence across major Indian markets. Following its recent expansion into Delhi-NCR, where the company had projected more than ₹100 crore in revenue from the market, the company is now looking at Gujarat as another high-potential growth market. Fine Acers is targeting ₹25 crore in business from the Ahmedabad/Gujarat market by the end of 2026, driven by growing investor interest in branded resort ownership, managed holiday homes and alternative real estate assets that combine lifestyle benefits with potential rental income. Speaking on the expansion, Dinesh Yadav, Founder & Managing Director, Fine Acers, said, “Ahmedabad is not just another location for us; it is an important part of our next phase of growth. We are seeing a clear shift in the way investors are looking at real estate. People want ownership, but they also want convenience, professional management and an asset that can generate income rather than remain idle for most of the year. With our Ahmedabad office, we want to bring this proposition closer to investors in Gujarat. We are targeting around ₹25 crore in business from this market by the end of this year. Given the response we are seeing from investors and the strength of Gujarat’s business community, we believe this is a realistic and achievable target.” Fine Acers’ differentiated sale-and-leaseback model enables investors to own premium branded resort residences while leasing them back to professional hospitality operators for end-to-end management. This allows owners to participate in the potential financial upside of a hospitality asset without taking on the day-to-day operational responsibilities associated with managing a holiday home. The company’s expansion comes at a time when investor preferences are increasingly moving towards experience-led, professionally managed and income-generating real estate assets. Fine Acers aims to address this evolving demand through a portfolio of branded luxury resort developments across premium leisure destinations. The Ahmedabad office will function as a regional hub for investor consultations, project showcases and customer engagement, while also supporting Fine Acers’ larger expansion strategy across Gujarat and neighbouring markets. Dinesh Yadav added, “Our objective is not simply to open offices across India. Every new office has to become a business and investor engagement hub. Ahmedabad gives us access to a market with strong entrepreneurial depth and a sophisticated investor base. We see considerable potential here, and this ₹25 crore target is only the beginning. As we build the market, our focus will be on creating long-term relationships and introducing investors to a new way of owning luxury resort assets.” With the Ahmedabad expansion, Fine Acers continues to strengthen its pan-India footprint and its vision of making branded resort ownership more accessible, professionally managed and investment-oriented.
