CM Bhupendra Patel felicitates Amit Badlani for championing sustainable industrial growth

Ahmedabad | Gujarat —Ahmedabad | Gujarat — In recognition of his outstanding contribution to environmental protection and sustainable industrial growth, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel felicitated Amit Badlani, Managing Director of Vihaan Clean & Green Tech and Go Green Mechanisms Pvt. Ltd.

The honour celebrates Badlani’s 17-year legacy of advancing cleaner industrial ecosystems through innovative wastewater management and pollution control technologies. Under his leadership, Vihaan Clean & Green Tech, a subsidiary of HyFun Foods, has developed world-class Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs) and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems, setting new benchmarks for environmental excellence in Gujarat.

Driving Gujarat’s green industrial transformation

The recognition also comes as a testament to Vihaan’s consistent community-driven initiatives — from afforestation drives and sustainable infrastructure projects to clean technology integration. Earlier this year, the company’s World Environment Day initiative, which involved planting 400 trees in collaboration with the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB), received praise from officials for its tangible environmental impact.

The felicitation ceremony, attended by Minister of State Harsh Sanghvi, senior officials, and industry leaders, underscored Badlani’s role in championing sustainable industrialization. His work aligns closely with India’s Vision 2070 for Net-Zero Emissions, emphasizing the balance between industrial progress and environmental preservation.
