INDIA Alliance Shakes Modi’s Confidence: Rahul Gandhi

Jammu : Congress leader Rahul Gandhi arrived in Srinagar on Thursday amid hectic preparations for the assembly elections to be held in Jammu and Kashmir. While addressing the Congress workers in Jammu and Kashmir, Rahul Gandhi said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s confidence has been destroyed by the INDIA Alliance. 

The Leader of Opposition assured the people that their problems would be solved and that the Congress party was with them. Through this visit, the Congress signalled that it will take the situation in Jammu and Kashmir seriously in the upcoming elections and will protect the hard work and honor of the party workers.

Rahul Gandhi said, ‘I met Khargeji when the elections were announced in different states of the country. Then we decided that we should go to Jammu and Kashmir first, because we want to send a message to the people of the country that the representation of the people of Jammu and Kashmir is most important to us. This is the first time in India’s post-independence history that a state has been made a union territory.

In Srinagar, Rahul Gandhi said that I want to completely eliminate the fear you are living in. I know what you have endured, the alliance will happen, but it will be done with respect for the Congress workers, because you have spent your entire life growing the Congress party and defending India.

Addressing the Congress workers in Srinagar, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi said that the I.N.D.I.A alliance has shaken Prime Minister Modi’s confidence during the Lok Sabha elections. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been defeated not by Rahul Gandhi, but by the Congress party, the I.N.D.I.A alliance, the ideology of love, unity and respect.
