The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) and the South Asian Association for Gastronomy (SAAG) have teamed together to host a festival that will bring together different cultures and cuisines, allowing attendees to experience new tastes while engaging in thought-provoking discussions.

In the presence of luminaries such as Dr. Kirit Solanki, an MP from Ahmedabad West, Narhari Amin, an MP from the Rajya Sabha, and Pratibha Jain, the mayor of Ahmedabad, the event was opened by Jagdish Vishwakarma, the minister of state for cooperation. Ahmedabad hosted India’s preeminent luxury cuisine event, and SAAG founder Maneesh Baheti was overjoyed.

“This isn’t just a food festival,” Baheti proclaimed. It’s a one-of-a-kind venue for discussions about food, a showcase for different cuisines, and an ode to all things gastronomic.
