Anupam Rasayan signs MoU with Gujarat Government to invest Rs. 670 Crores in three new units

Surat : Anupam Rasayan India Ltd. (NSE, BSE: ANURAS), one of India’s leading custom synthesis and specialty chemical players, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat for the establishment of new plants worth Rs. 670 crores. These plants will be built in Gujarat’s Jhaghadia and Sachin. The plants are expected to be operational by 2025.

The majority of the plants will be dedicated to producing Fluorochemicals to meet the needs of existing and potential clients in the Agrochemical, Polymers, and Pharma sectors in Japan, Europe, and America.

“We are pleased to announce the MoU we have signed with the Gujarat Government for the establishment of three new plants in Surat and Bharuch,” Anand Desai, Managing Director of Anupam Rasayan, said on the occasion. The Rs. 670 crore investment is part of a strategic move to expand our operations and strengthen our manufacturing capabilities.

The new units will help to boost our growth prospects and diversify our product offering. “On an exclusive basis, we will introduce niche Fluoro derivatives for the relevant customer.”
