New Delhi: With the implementation of an IP-based CCTV surveillance system that includes explosion-proof cameras, sophisticated analytics, servers, high-definition LEDs, and other components, IOCL has granted a contract to Transline Technologies, a technology behemoth located in Delhi. IOCL’s operational sites, bottling plant, terminals, and depots will all be included in the scope of this project inside the state of Telangana and the state of Andhra Pradesh.

The surveillance system, as well as any associated works, will be designed, supplied, installed, tested, and commissioned by Transline Technologies. This responsibility will also extend to any linked works. It is planned to include cameras, redundant servers, client workstations, storage devices, networking components, display monitors, poles, LED floodlights, video management systems (VMS), and analytical software into the system. Additionally, the system will be combined with the terminal automation system (TAS) for processing essential inputs.

IOCL will reap significant benefits from this project since it will ensure that monitoring is carried out in an appropriate way around the clock, seven days a week. This is because the industry is in dire need of modern technology. Because of the awarding of this contract to the technology firm, Transline Technologies Limited will see a significant jump in their business.

In addition to this, Transline Technologies will supply control room equipment, which includes CCTV cameras, servers, CCTV client workstations, Video Wall and display screens, mounting panels, consoles, stands, and structural supports, as well as associated hardware and software that is complete in accordance with design engineering, system architecture, bill of quantities, and tender document. Additionally, the company will provide and install a redundant UPS with an adequate capacity for powering the entire CCTV system and its equipment. Additionally, the company will provide a system cabinet or panel that includes accessories for mounting CCTV servers, analytics servers, NAS/SAN, as well as rack-mounted monitors, keyboards, mouse, four-port industrial-grade switches, power adapters, layer 3 Ethernet switch, and KVM Switch, among other things.

For the purpose of ensuring that the cable entrance point is properly sealed, Transline Technologies will make certain that all of the tasks that are associated with the size, designing, and installation of MCT Blocks will fall within the purview of the vendor. A UPS power supply for CCTV equipment in the TM room and security room will also be delivered, installed, and commissioned by the firm. Additionally, the company will be responsible for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of the external and built-in lightning and surge protection devices.
