The Swiss-Indian Chamber of Commerce India Celebrates 75 Years of Friendship
At the iconic Jamshed Bhabha Theatre, NCPA, Mumbai, the Swiss Indian Chamber of Commerce India presented a mesmerising Indo-Swiss Bollywood Nite, a big event that brought together the Indo-Swiss community in a celebration of culture, romance, and beauty.
Mumbai : To commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Indo-Swiss Friendship Treaty, Swiss companies came together to pay respect to the important role that Bollywood has played in making Switzerland a sought-after destination, consequently placing Swiss goods in the thoughts of the Indian populace.
At the iconic Jamshed Bhabha Theatre, NCPA, Mumbai, the Swiss Indian Chamber of Commerce India presented a mesmerising Indo-Swiss Bollywood Nite, a big event that brought together the Indo-Swiss community in a celebration of culture, romance, and beauty. The event was organised to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Indo-Swiss Friendship Treaty and to develop fraternity among its members while paying respect to Bollywood’s eternal tie with Switzerland.
The Indo-Swiss Bollywood Nite immersed visitors in the enthralling world of Indian film, where Switzerland has always enjoyed a unique position. This event successfully exhibited the compelling blend of Bollywood and Switzerland, transporting the audience to the breathtaking Swiss landscapes while remaining in India.
Mr Martin Maier, Consul General of Switzerland, and Mr Florin Muller, CEO of Swiss Business Hub India, attended the occasion. Their presence emphasised the importance of the Indo-Swiss link as well as the beneficial influence of cultural cooperation on bilateral ties.
Over 350 people attended the event, which was a record-breaking attendance.
