New Delhi (India) : Real estate is the new vibrant story of 2022. We are seeing changes in both metropolitan and mid-level cities. Previously, demand for larger homes was seen in cities such as Mumbai and Delhi. However, this is no longer the case, as people in the suburbs also want larger homes. Such a shift can be attributed to a shift in mindset as well as a change in requirement. It is not incorrect to state that people require larger homes to accommodate offices within their homes. Shravan Gupta believes that this will allow new players to enter the real estate sector. It is difficult to pinpoint a single cause for this transformation because it can be attributed to a variety of factors.

Each of these factors is important in the transformation of real estate.

The forecast is for rapid growth.

According to market analysts, the real estate sector will grow at an 8-9% annual rate. This is the most significant change in the housing sector since 2020. Today, new housing projects are being planned for mid-level cities such as Indore and Bhopal. This has broadened the opportunities for real estate developers like Shravan Gupta. This trend, according to experts, is likely to continue until the beginning of 2023.

People’s thought processes have also changed dramatically. Small homes are no longer in high demand. Today, this concept has shifted, and people are looking for larger homes. This surge is visible in real estate, Shravan Gupta, and housing is back in demand.

Work-from-home culture is driving the trend toward newer and larger homes. The emergence of WFH culture has made it likely that the trend will continue until the beginning of 2023.

Some of the factors influencing real estate’s resurgence are as follows:

-A large number of buyers- There are more buyers in the housing market today. As a result, there has been an overall increase in the housing segment.

– Banks have made it simple to obtain home loan services. It is made possible by the flexible home loan rates offered by several banks. Increases the liquidity flow in the housing sector. Shravan Gupta acknowledges the government’s role in boosting the real estate sector.

Constant investment in real estate has increased sales. As a result, now is the best time to buy a house.

These factors combine to make real estate the fastest-growing industry. Shravan Gupta believes the time has come for real estate to fully recover. By 2023, the real estate market will have fully recovered. The growth scenario is likely to remain unchanged until mid-next year.
