The price range issuance is set at Rs. 162/- to 165/- per equity share, for a total of Rs 44.84 crores. The lot will consist of 800 shares. The market maker will reserve 1,36,800 equity shares out of the total of 27,17,600 shares (Market Maker Reservation component). The remaining 25,80,800 will be known as the “net issue.” The issue and net issue will account for 26.33% and 25.01% of the company’s post-issue paid-up equity share capital, respectively. The offering goes live on August 3rd for anchor investors and August 4th for the general public. It concludes on August 8, 23 and will thereafter be listed on the NSE Emerge. The issue’s book running lead manager is Narnolia Financial Services Limited, its advisors are PLS Capital Consultants Private Limited and Longview Research & Advisory Private Limited, and its registrar is Mas Services Limited.
