Ahmedabad : With a new box-park concept and a variety of retail options, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport has revolutionized the airport departure experience for passengers and loved ones coming to drop them off. In this new area, you can say goodbye to loved ones in comfort and experience the vivacity of Gujarat through its colorful shipping containers.

The containers are beautifully painted and accurately depict aspects of Gujarati life and customs. Artists have decorated shipping containers at Terminal-1’s box park with a variety of designs inspired by local landmarks and cultural traditions, such as the Bandhani art and Geometric design of Gujarat’s famous Asiatic Lion, the Folk Art Motifs patterns of the world-famous Kite festival, the Kutch Embroidery of Bharat Kam Tribe, and the Graphic art of the world’s most recognizable buildings.

Over a hundred plants decorate the canopy, and seating areas are arranged around them, making for picture-perfect farewell selfies. Furthermore, it will feature shops such as Sankalp, London Yard Pizza, Rudhvay, etc. The new Box-park’s tranquil environment, provided by the surrounding vegetation, makes saying goodbye to loved ones at the airport an unforgettable experience.
