Surat : Realtor Dipak Bharwad hosts Tiranga Car Rally on 77th Independence Day

Surat : Surat saw a magnificent exhibition of patriotic fervour and solidarity on the occasion of the 77th Independence Day on Tuesday, as the Tiranga Car Rally painted the city with the vivid colours of the national flag. The demonstration commemorated Independence Day and demonstrated tremendous popular engagement and togetherness.

The Tiranga Car Rally, the idea of young entrepreneur and real estate developer Dipak Bharwad, was launched off by Vijay Bharwad, Chairman of Gokul Developers and Trustee of Malabhai Sarabhai Education Trust.

The rally, which was staged as part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav festivities, began from Gokul Developers’ headquarters at Breadliner Circle and ended at Dumas after crisscrossing Surat city. Young people from many neighbourhoods participated enthusiastically in the demonstration.

“On the occasion of the 77th Independence Day, we celebrate the progress we have made as an independent country and reiterate our commitment to achieving the many more milestones that await us,” Dipak Bharwad remarked. Dipak Bharwad, known for his humanitarian efforts and attention to social concerns, once again galvanised the people to celebrate independence with the lively Tiranga Car Rally. Earlier last year, he organised a 50-kilometer Tiranga yatra from Surat to Bardoli with over 100 riders to convey themes of patriotism and unity. Dipak Bharwad recently celebrated his birthday by handing out 7,000 notebooks to needy youngsters and conducting a cake-cutting ceremony with them.
