Surat : The internationally renowned ‘Taal Group,’ in collaboration with CIOFF India, hosted Nayika – 4.0 at the Amphitheater, Science Center, City White Road, Surat, to mark World Women’s Day. The event, held on March 22 at 6:00 PM, was a vibrant celebration of women’s achievements, cultural heritage, and the importance of water conservation.

Famous architect Krutika Shah, Founder and Director of TAAI Group, along with her Taal Group team, mesmerized the audience with a breathtaking folk dance performance based on the theme of Shri Krishna Leela. The event beautifully combined traditional art forms with social awareness, creating an impactful experience for attendees.

Adding a significant message to the evening, Gujarat BJP President and current Minister of Jal Shakti, C. R. Paatil, delivered an audio-visual address emphasizing the importance of water conservation. His message highlighted key initiatives under the Jal Shakti Abhiyan, urging citizens to actively participate in programs like Save Water, Catch the Rain, and Rainwater Harvesting.

The event also featured Vaishaliben Gohil’s soulful rendition of Shri Krishna Leela, captivating the audience with her melodious voice. A powerful awareness-raising play was performed by members of the Zoroastrian community, shedding light on pressing environmental concerns such as water conservation and sustainable practices.

One of the evening’s most awaited segments was a fashion show inspired by Krishna Leela, presented by female artists from the Taal and Torin groups. This segment showcased stunning attire and creative interpretations of Lord Krishna’s divine stories through fashion and art.

Young talent also took center stage as child artists Zaina Shah, Vivana Bhakta, and Naish Dalal showcased their excellence in Bharatanatyam and Kathak, delivering a mesmerizing jugalbandi performance. The energy continued with an engaging Piku dance, performed by students of Nanduba School, adding a touch of joy to the grand evening.

The highlight of Nayika – 4.0 was the felicitation of women achievers who have made significant contributions across various fields. Their recognition reinforced the event’s core message of empowering and celebrating women’s success in society.
