New Delhi [India], October 1: Supreme Court lawyer Sana Raees Khan has been at the forefront of some of the country’s most high-profile cases – from the Nadiadwala-Netflix matter to representing actress Raveena Tandon, from the Sameer Wankhede case to the much-discussed Indrani Mukerjea case, and the widely followed Rupali Ganguly case. With each appearance, Sana has demonstrated her grit, sharpness, and unwavering commitment to justice. Yet behind the intensity of marathon hearings and the pressures of the courtroom, Sana firmly believes in something equally powerful: the importance of mental wellness.

She recently travelled to Mauritius, where she embraced the island’s serenity, water sports, and cultural vibrancy. Soon after, she celebrated her birthday in Phuket, a trip that was as much about joy as it was about restoration. For Sana, these getaways are not indulgences, but deliberate choices to protect her mental health. “When you’re constantly in courtrooms, absorbing stories and carrying the weight of people’s lives, it becomes essential to step away, reset, and breathe,” she shares.

Whether soaring over the Mauritian lagoon on a parasail or watching the sunset on a Phuket beach, Sana has shown that balance is not about escaping responsibility but about creating space for calm amidst chaos. “Mental health is like physical health; it needs care, rest, and attention. Taking breaks doesn’t weaken you; it strengthens you to return sharper and stronger,” she adds.
Her outlook serves as an important reminder: true success isn’t only defined by landmark victories in court but also by the ability to balance ambition with inner peace. Sana Raees Khan continues to prove that strength lies not just in fighting battles for others but also in nurturing one’s own well-being.
