Actor Sai Pallavi has opened up about feeling both excited and nervous ahead of her Hindi film debut with Ek Din, a romantic drama in which she stars opposite Junaid Khan. The film is produced by Aamir Khan and marks Sai Pallavi’s first project in Bollywood after a successful career in South Indian cinema.

Emotional Speech at Promotional Event

At a promotional event held on Sunday, Sai Pallavi addressed the cast and crew, expressing gratitude for being part of the project.

She said she felt humbled to be surrounded by talented filmmakers and performers, adding that the experience had been emotionally enriching for her.

Praise for Team and Aamir Khan

During her speech, Sai Pallavi thanked producer Aamir Khan, crediting him for bringing her into the project and giving her the opportunity to experience such a creative environment.

She said she appreciated the passion and storytelling of everyone involved and noted that she could “feel the emotions” in the performances shared during the event.

“This Is My First Hindi Film”

Sai Pallavi also acknowledged that Ek Din is her first Hindi film, admitting she felt nervous about the new phase in her career.

She said:

“Thank you, Aamir sir, for putting me in a space like this… This is going to be my first Hindi film. I’m actually quite nervous, but it’s a beautiful journey.”

She also praised her co-star Junaid Khan, calling him a “wonderful and supportive co-actor.”

About Ek Din

Directed by Sunil Pandey, Ek Din is backed by Aamir Khan Productions, Mansoor Khan, and Aparna Purohit.

The film is a remake of the 2016 Thai movie One Day, and follows the story of a man who falls in love with a colleague but never confesses his feelings. The narrative takes a dramatic turn when he gets a chance to spend one day with her.
