Mr. Vaibhav Munjal, son-in-law of promoters Mr. Atul Modi and Mrs. Namrata Modi, has joined as Executive Director & Chief Marketing Officer, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his time spent in various executive roles at Indian and MNC companies like Godrej, Asian Paints, and Samsung. He has a stellar track record of producing multi-million dollar revenues and significant growths for companies across sectors, and he has worked in the field of strategic marketing, distribution growth, and sales for over 17 years. Mr. Munjal has degrees in both Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from Pune’s Thapar Institute of Engineering Technology and SCMHRD. CA Pradeep Gandotra was added to the Board of Directors as an Independent Director to provide his knowledge in accounting, finance, and taxes. CA Pradeep Gandotra is a seasoned expert in accounting, finance, and taxes with more than 35 years of relevant expertise. In addition to his distinguished career as a CA, he has also served in leadership roles for a wide range of public and private organisations.
