Phirni and Halwa offer a nostalgic finish, while Rose Lassi, Shikanji and the Patiala Sour extend the experience to the glass.

The experience extends into Ishaara’s dining environment, where visual details complement the culinary narrative. A signature centrepiece featuring a traditional matka, colourful pinwheels and an ‘Amritsar Road, 0 KM’ sign sets the tone, while Punjabi-style tassels, latkans, flags and bunting bring vibrancy to the space. The storytelling continues through the team and menu, with colourful Bhangra-inspired pagdis for male staff and Phulkari-inspired borders, floral detailing, Punjabi illustrations and a travelling truck motif. The elements are brought together while retaining Ishaara’s refined dining aesthetic.
