AHMEDABAD,GUJARAT : In a scathing rebuke aimed at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Dr. Manish Doshi, the media convener and spokesperson for the Gujarat Pradesh Congress Committee, launched a blistering attack, condemning what he described as unethical practices perpetrated by BJP leaders in Rajkot. Doshi leveled accusations of a concerted effort to tarnish the reputation of Khodaldham and the Congress party in pursuit of their own agendas.

Doshi alleged that BJP leaders in Rajkot were orchestrating a campaign aimed at sullying the image of Khodaldham, a revered institution, and the Congress party. He pointed fingers at anonymous newspapers allegedly circulated by an agitated former BJP page head, which he claimed were designed to entrap members of the Khodaldham Youth Committee.

Furthermore, Doshi lambasted the BJP for what he characterized as the misuse of police forces to obstruct fair election processes. He asserted that law enforcement agencies were acting at the behest of the BJP, detaining individuals arbitrarily to suppress any internal dissent within the party ranks.

Amidst these allegations, Doshi stressed on the paramount importance of transparency and accountability in the political sphere, particularly in the lead-up to forthcoming elections. He urged the public to remain vigilant and scrutinize these developments closely, emphasizing the need for integrity and ethical conduct to uphold the democratic principles of the region.

As the political landscape in Gujarat heats up ahead of elections, Doshi decried the BJP’s tactics, which he asserted were detrimental to the democratic fabric of the region. He called for a renewed commitment to fair play and urged all political stakeholders to uphold the values of democracy and respect the sanctity of electoral processes.
