“I appeal you all to cast your votes in huge numbers between morning to noon. If this happens, then there will be 85% voters turnout” said Dr. Mandaviya.

Encouraging Porbandar natives residing in Surat to return to their roots for casting ballots, Dr. Mandaviya highlighted the pivotal role each individual plays in shaping the electoral outcome.
