Know how homeopathic treatments could eradicate hair problems caused due hard water usage
[ad_1]
Hard water, which includes calcium and magnesium at concentrations of 120 to 180 PPM, is widely available in India. An increased concentration of magnesium and calcium is associated with dry skin, poor hair, and other negative health effects. Therefore, if you’re using hard water and noticing hair loss or if your hair is limp and sticky and uncleaned despite your best efforts at washing it, it may be the cause.
When you wash your hair with hard water, the residue from your hair products remains, so you have to use more friction to get it clean. This dries up your hair. Every time you wash your hair, your hair and scalp become drier and your scalp becomes more unhealthy, which can contribute to hair loss. Furthermore, the high magnesium and calcium concentration increases your vulnerability to scalp problems like seborrheic dermatitis (scalp flaking) and scalp eczema (redness, itching, scaling, and patchy hair loss).
While hard water is not the sole cause of hair loss, it may be a significant factor when considering other risk factors like stress, environmental changes (hair may shed more during the monsoon), food, lifestyle diseases, and underlying problems. Hair loss can be caused by several factors, so it’s important to take a comprehensive approach to finding a solution. Homeopathy, a gentle and all-natural medical practise, can be helpful in these situations. To determine the root of a patient’s symptoms, homoeopathy takes into account their unique physical, mental, and environmental characteristics. Although conventional medicine only treats the symptoms of hair loss, homoeopathy seeks for and treats the underlying reasons as well.
Homeopathic remedies for Hair loss caused due to Hard Water:
Thuja Occidentalis is used to treat hair loss caused by itchy scalp, dryness, and dandruff. Hair is extremely dry, lacks luster, and grows at a relatively slow rate.
Fluoric acid is one of the most effective homeopathic remedies for hair growth. It aids in the treatment of patchy hair loss and promotes healthy hair growth on the scalp. Use in the treatment of hair that tangles, roughens, and breaks easily.
Phosphorus: It is used to treat hair dryness and premature greying. Also useful in the treatment of dandruff that causes hair to fall out in bunches.
Note: If you are experiencing hair loss as a result of hard water exposure, it is recommended that you seek treatment from a homeopath; please do not self-diagnose.
