Kochi : Zappyhire, a Kochi-based recruitment automation startup, will be representing Kerala at the 4YFN event in Barcelona, Spain thanks to the efforts of the Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM). This four-day event is one of the largest startup showcases anywhere and is hosted by the GCMA as part of the Mobile World Congress Barcelona 2023. Event organisers hope that by giving startups, investors, and established businesses a common meeting ground, new partnerships and business ideas will be born from the gathering.

Zappyhire was established in late 2018 by a team of three people with the goal of revolutionising the talent management industry through the use of artificial intelligence, complete process automation, and a stellar user interface and candidate experience. The company has developed a highly successful and scalable recruitment automation platform in only four years, earning it numerous awards and recognition, including the most recent Digital India Platinum Award 2022. More than 1.6 million people were screened by the platform last year, and over 101,000 interviews were held on the site. Zappyhire is also central to a state government programme with the lofty goal of producing 20 lakh new jobs within the next five years.

The platform equips businesses to win on talent through predictive and data-driven recruitment in addition to being packed with a plethora of cutting-edge and intelligent features like a next-gen Applicant Tracking System (ATS), multilingual recruiting chatbot, and robotic video interviews with AI assessments. With its sophisticated analytics and reporting module, Zappyhire has been dubbed “Siri for recruiters,” thanks to its ability to provide insightful analysis of recruitment data and useful suggestions at every stage of the hiring process.

The company has been recognised as one of the top 5 HR tech startups and one of the 101 Most Innovative AI Companies in India thanks to its innovative approach to recruitment technology. Zappyhire has a rapidly growing client base and global presence, currently serving over 4,000 recruiters in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, France, and the United States.

When asked about being invited to the event in Barcelona, Zappyhire co-founders Jyothis KS and Deepu Xavier said, ” “Over the past four years, we’ve experienced phenomenal growth by finding the sweet spot where technology and personal service meet to address issues faced by recruiters at organisations of all sizes.
