ITC Narmada to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan with special ‘Iftar Platter’

Ahmedabad: Taking forward its legacy of bringing a local flavour to every celebration, ITC Narmada, a luxury collection property in Ahmedabad has curated yet another bespoke hospitality experience for its patrons to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan. Embracing the spirit of the holy month of Ramadan, ITC Narmada will bring its patrons a selection of handpicked Iftar offerings from its signature restaurant, Peshawri.

As the patrons break their fast, they can enjoy the company of their loved ones, while they dine and devour a symphony of flavours whipped up in ITC kitchens. The Iftar platter will comprise cut fruits with dates, a selection succulent Murgh Malai and Seekh kebabs made with juicy meats marinated in a blend of flavourful ingredients, Peshawri’s award winning offering – Dal Bukhara – a rich blend of lentil, spices, and a generous dose of butter – slow cooked to perfection, a bowl of mixed vegetable Raita and a delectable Murgh Makhani – smoked chicken tikkas cooked in a rich tomato, cream and cashew gravy. The offerings will come with a choice of breads and can be finished off with traditional desserts rich in flavours – Gulab Jamun and Kulfi.

Patrons can make advance reservations for themselves from 6pm onwards and indulge in their preferred delights. Those who want to enjoy the delectable offerings in the comfort of their homes, ITC Narmada has launched the ‘Ruhaniyat’ edition of Gourmet Couch. Ruhaniyat encompasses a fine curation of authentic recipes and culinary classics perfected by ITC Chefs to make the Ramadan celebration, a notch above for ITC’s valued patrons.
