Ahmedabad : Ringing in the spirit of Diwali and Gujarati New Year (Bestu Varsh), ITC Narmada, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Ahmedabad, opens its doors to patrons for an extraordinary celebration with a series of festive meals.

A specially curated festive brunches will be on offer at ITC Narmada’s signature all-day diner, Adalaj Pavilion, and a grand and delectable Karnavati Khasa will be served  at the hotel’s pure vegetarian restaurant, Royal Vega – both designed to embrace the joy of Diwali and Gujarati New Year. This season, our patrons can gather with family and friends to enjoy menus that blend authentic regional flavours with global culinary inspirations.

The Diwali Brunch will be hosted on October 31 and November 1 from 1 pm to 3.30pm at Adalaj Pavilion, featuring a melange of flavours embodied in a delectable spread. Preparations such as a wholesome Healthy Hot Pot Bowl, Balushahi, Kaju Barfi, and savoury highlights like Wok Tossed Assorted Mushrooms in Chilli Bean Sauce, Paneer Mirch Masala, and Oven-Baked Potato Dauphinoise will be part of the special menu. Each dish has been carefully curated to elevate the Diwali spirit, allowing guests to enjoy a rich blend of indulgence and warmth.

For the Gujarati New Year (Bestu Varsh), ITC Narmada will offer a distinctive brunch experience on November 2, also from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Adalaj Pavilion. This celebration promises a thoughtfully designed menu that pays homage to traditional Gujarati flavours and global favourites. Expect dishes like a Dim Sum Station, Risotto Counter, Paneer Shahi Korma, Basanti Pulao, Dal Dhokli, and sweet Puran Poli. Guests can also savour regional specialties like Farali Suran Khichadi, Rajgira Puri with Sukhi Aloo Bhaji, and Makai No Chevdo, a festive feast steeped in cultural heritage.

Adding to the Gujarati New Year celebrations, ITC Narmada’s Royal Vega will serve Karnavati Khasa on November 2, a culinary journey that brings together royal flavours and rich traditions. Guests can experience lunch from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM and dinner from 7pm to 11.30pm, with menus crafted to immerse diners in an experience of elegance and indulgence.
