Panchkula, Haryana: Pi Academy, a Panchkula-based training and development organization founded in 2012 by Haryana State Awardee Priyanka Punia, is strengthening its position as a leading platform for professional training, women’s empowerment, and social development across educational institutions, government departments, and security forces. Through a unique blend of motivational speaking, POSH compliance training, life coaching, and skill development initiatives, the organization has emerged as a catalyst for personal and professional transformation among students, women, government officials, and corporate professionals.
Founded by renowned educationist, motivational speaker, and social activist Priyanka Punia, Pi Academy was established with the vision of creating confident, skilled, and socially responsible individuals. Over the years, Punia has built a reputation for delivering impactful training programs focused on emotional intelligence, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), workplace behavior, stress management, cyber security, positive thinking, public speaking, personality development, and financial independence. Her work has particularly focused on empowering women and young girls to become self-reliant and career-ready while helping organizations create safer and more inclusive environments.
As a certified POSH trainer recognized by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Priyanka Punia has played a significant role in promoting workplace safety and awareness across various institutions. She has served as an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) member with organizations including ITBP, BSNL Haryana, and Western Command Chandimandir, bringing practical expertise and awareness to the implementation of workplace harassment prevention policies. Her extensive training engagements have taken her to prestigious institutions such as the ITBP Base Training Camp Bhanu, Haryana Police Academy Madhuban, Western Command Chandimandir, CRPF establishments, Kurukshetra University, Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology, Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya, and numerous government colleges, schools, and departments throughout Haryana.
Over the course of her career, Priyanka Punia has counselled and trained more than one lakh students, women, educators, professionals, and government officials. Her awareness campaigns on mental health, mindfulness, environmental responsibility, cyber security, and communication skills have reached more than 200 schools, helping students and educators navigate the challenges of a rapidly evolving world. Her approach combines practical learning with personal development, enabling participants to build confidence, improve leadership skills, and develop the resilience required to succeed in both personal and professional environments.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Priyanka Punia has made a substantial contribution to social welfare through Aashman Foundation, an NGO dedicated to supporting underprivileged communities. Through the foundation, she currently supports the education and basic needs of nearly 600 children from slum areas while simultaneously working to create sustainable livelihood opportunities for women from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Through dedicated skill development initiatives, she has contributed to employment generation for more than 1,000 women, enabling them to achieve greater financial independence and stability. Her commitment to environmental sustainability is equally noteworthy, having led over 50 plantation drives that have resulted in the planting of more than 20,000 trees.
The impact of her work has earned widespread recognition and several prestigious honors, including the Haryana State Award presented by former Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, the Iron Lady Award presented by Governor Gulab Chand Kataria, the Youth Iconic Award, Exceptional Leadership Excellence Award, Rashtriya Gaurav Award, Iconic Lady Award, and Nari Shakti Samman. These accolades reflect not only her professional achievements but also her unwavering dedication to social transformation and community development.
