Gujarat : Uber join hands with AAI to launch app-based car aggregator service at Surat Airport

Surat : Uber, India’s leading ride-hailing service provider has announced a partnership with the Airports Authority of India (AAI) to launch an app-based car aggregator service at the Surat International Airport. The objective behind this partnership is to provide passengers with a reliable and hassle-free transportation option during their arrival or departure from Surat Airport.

Uber and Airport Authority of India’s joint venture at Surat Airport focuses on providing travelers with a stress-free travel experience. As part of this partnership, Uber has designated special pickup zones at the arrival terminal, tol provide on-ground assistance and step-by-step way-finding guides.

It will assist riders all the way from the gate to the Uber pick up zone. Uber driver-partners will have dedicated parking spaces to enhance passenger convenience. Hence Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) for riders will decrease. Uber is dedicated to increasing accessibility for its passengers, streamlining last mile connectivity and ensuring a hassle-free experience for customers across India.
