Gujarat Shocker : A labourer dies, Three other critical in a landslide at construction site in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad : An ill-fated labourer was killed and three others are critical in landslide at a construction site in Swaminarayan colony at Maninagar in Ahmedabad on Wednesday morning. At around 11:30 in the morning, a landslip took place at the location known as Shreeji Elegance, which was developed by Shreeji Infra for the purpose of constructing a residential apartment complex. The landslip buried four construction workers.

According to the Ahmedabad Fire Brigade, one worker was saved by other workers who were working together, while the remaining three workers were rescued by the fire brigade team and sent to LG Hospital for emergency medical care. Every single one of the three people that were rescued is presently in a condition of unconsciousness.

The identity of the dead worker has not yet been determined, despite the fact that three labourers called Shantiben, Payalben, and Chirag are now in serious condition at the LG Hospital.

At around 11:30 in the morning, we got a report regarding a landslip that occurred at Shreeji Elegance in Maninagar. According to Om Jadeja, the Deputy Fire Officer of the Ahmedabad Fire Brigade, four individuals were buried as a result of the incident. “Three victims were successfully rescued by our crew, and they were sent to get medical care. One of the workers unfortunately passed away as a result of their injuries.

Furthermore, Jadeja remarked, “Upon reaching the construction site, we were unable to locate any responsible person from Shreeji Infra.” This statement added to the seriousness of the issue.
