GANDHINAGAR : In a significant development at the Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT), Nila Spaces has set a new benchmark by placing a record bid of Rs 6,557 per square foot for development rights in the special economic zone (SEZ). This bid not only establishes the plot as the most expensive land in Gujarat in absolute terms but also highlights the company’s ambitious plans for the region.

The tender, held on Friday, saw Nila Spaces emerge victorious among 11 bidders, securing the rights to develop a 5,550 square meter plot. This plot will host a project covering 5.22 lakh square feet. Nila Spaces plans to invest Rs 342 crore in this ambitious undertaking, which includes constructing a 100-meter tower. This tower will be designed with a unique focus on mental health and combating corporate burnout, setting a new standard for urban development in the region.

Deep Vadodaria, director of Nila Spaces, expressed his excitement about the project, stating, “We are embarking on the construction of a 100-meter tower with an investment of Rs 750 crore. Our vision is to create urban living spaces that address global needs, focusing on mental health and combating corporate burnout. This initiative marks a significant step towards shaping the future of urban living.”
