Switzerland [Europe], October 29: Gannon & Scott, a premier North American provider of precious metal refining and recovery services, has announced the signing of a definitive agreement to join Metalor Technologies — a globally renowned leader in the precious metals industry and part of the TANAKA Group. The transaction, pending regulatory approval, will make Gannon & Scott a wholly owned subsidiary of Metalor Technologies. This strategic move aims to strengthen the collective capabilities of both companies and expand their ability to serve customers worldwide.
