As professionals, many of us are trained to excel within existing systems. Becoming a founder requires the confidence to create something new and take ownership of the outcome. That shift came from realizing that meaningful innovation often begins with a strong conviction. Once I trusted that conviction, the focus naturally moved toward building solutions that can create lasting value for farmers and the agricultural ecosystem.”
